body movement
This class teaches both men and women of all levels how to be more aware of their body movement and how to apply it in their dancing. Students will learn how to isolate different parts of their body and how to combine them into a mix done with music. The class will begin with an in-depth body movement warm-up consisting of the head, shoulder, rib cage, and hip isolations as well as merged. After the warm-up a detailed explanation of how to technically execute head-whips, body-rolls, hip-rolls, and a mixture of these movements takes place. Cecilia provides specific examples on timing and counts for each movement and how & when to apply these in shines and partnering.

This Dance Program has 3 levels:
Basic Intermediate and Advance.
Each Level last 7 classes.
